Almond Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
1/2 c. old fashion oats
1/2 t. baking powder
1 T. chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 banana
1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk
splash of almond extract (~1/4 t.)
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until mixed well. Pour into an oven safe dish and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
