Taking the first step

We naturally look for all the evidence as to why it’s not going to work (or isn’t working), why we can’t do or why it’s not the right time - and as long as we look for this evidence, we will be afraid to take the first step.


But the first step is the hardest.


Once you take that first step, the evidence to prove you can do it, that it’s working - that you’re feeling better, healthier & more confident - starts to show up. It motivates you to take the next step and the step after that.


But you need to take that first step.


You need to be willing to take it despite any fear or doubt - despite the unknown.


Because that first step is the only way you’ll find out. It’s the only way things will change. It’s the only thing standing in the way of taking care of you - of the energy and the confidence you want.
